A company promise

(Audio: Spanish)

SUMMARY: The sermon discusses the concept of a promise and how it generates a sense of hope and confidence. The speaker gives examples of promises made in different situations, such as marriage vows, promises to pray for someone, and loan agreements. The greatest gesture of a promise, the speaker says, is seen in the covenant God has made with his people. The sermon looks at biblical examples of God's promise of companionship, such as in Exodus 33 and Joshua 1. The speaker emphasizes that God's promises are beautiful and reassuring, but also notes that they do not guarantee an easy path and that we must strive to be brave. The sermon concludes with the reminder that we have a company promise from God.

The speaker talks about the promise of God's company and protection in the midst of life's difficulties, using Joshua's conquest of 31 kings as an example. They encourage the audience to be brave and not fear, knowing that God is with them wherever they go. They end with a prayer for the church and for a member who is experiencing health issues.

Let me go share something that I was meditating on today and if you remember correctly, when we started the service today, we started by reading that psalm 91 where it talks about having Jesus, how does it say? He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will dwell under whom?

So, we are talking about a sense of protection from God, a sense of company, of presence. And today I would like to talk to you about this topic: A company promise. I want to talk to you about this, a company promise. So if you can do me a big favor, you can say to the person next to you, get ready because God wants to talk to you. There is a word for you today and so I believe it. There is something for you today in my heart, amen, I receive it. I believe so, I believe that God already gave me my portion and I am going to share it with you now.
