God promises to answer the prayer of His servants

SUMMARY: God promises to answer the prayers of His servants. He will do wonders for them and provide new blessings. All He asks is that we cry out to Him. Let us deliver our prayers to Him gladly.

God encourages us to pray. People tell us that prayer is a pious exercise that has no influence whatsoever except the mind involved in it. We know that this is not the case. Our experience declares that this unfaithful assertion is a thousand times a lie. Here Jehovah, the living God, clearly promises to answer His servant's prayer. Let us invoke him once more, and let us have no doubts as to whether he hears us and answers us. He who made the ear, will he not hear? Who gave parents love for their children, will he not listen to the cries of His own sons and daughters?

God will answer His pleading people in their distress. He has wonders in store for them. He will do for them what they have never seen, heard, or dreamed of. He would invent new blessings if necessary. He would despoil the sea and the land to feed them: He would send each angel from heaven to help them, if their distress required it. He will amaze us with His grace, and will make us feel like it has never been done like this before. All He asks of us is that we cry out to Him. He can ask nothing less of us. Let us gladly deliver our prayers to him immediately.
