Summary: The church is the determining factor in bringing about change in the world, as God has entrusted us with the authority to establish light and push back darkness. We are each born with a predominant role and function on earth, and it is important that we find our destiny, purpose, and design in God. Before the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, there must come a process of restoration within the church. This restoration involves us being filled with the revealed word of the Lord, the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and the joy of the love of God. We must learn to depend on the Holy Spirit for everything and remain humble and simple. Restoration involves returning to simplicity, not having a higher or lower concept of ourselves than we should. Each of us is a church, and God works with each of us in a particular way to push us towards restoration.
The church must enter into a restoration process, which is individual and personal, to become a people with the same nature as the Father. God wants a genuine church that learns to depend on the Holy Spirit and the word that makes a deposit in us. The revelation is for the children, and the mysteries are from God, but the revelation is for us to live it and then have authority over it. The restoration process involves repenting and converting to the nature of Christ, which is a complete change of direction. The Lord Jesus Christ will come when the restoration of all things takes place. The church must collaborate in that process by renouncing all darkness, getting rid of traditions and religiosity, and freely enjoying everything God has done for us. December 1 is a good time to make resolutions for a new year and to prepare for a new level of anointing, authority, and prophetic intercession in favor of the city.
The speaker urges the audience to take responsibility for their spiritual growth and to prepare for a new level of anointing and authority. They call for prophetic intercession for the city and ask those with hindrances to come forward and renounce them. The speaker declares restoration and restitution for those who have suffered loss and calls for an activation of the gifts of revelation and prophetic anointing. They pray for a team of warriors to intercede for the city and for the restoration of the church.

How many are convinced that we are living in determining times? And how many believe that we as a church are the determining factor that things around us can change?
The Lord put us as a church, we, his people, are the instrument to make sure that all things that are disordered and misaligned can be located in God's prophetic destiny. You know, God had a design for each one of us, God has a design for each city and each nation. It is up to us, as restorers, to receive the revelation of what the design is and not rest until things align and return to the purpose and eternal destiny of the Lord.
I want to ask you this morning, without you having to answer me, do you know what God's plan is for you? I want you to just meditate on it, perhaps at home. Do you know what is the design that God has for your city? Do you know what is the design and purpose that God has for your nation?
It is important that we, as children of the kingdom and as those responsible for everything that happens on planet earth, find our destiny, our purpose in God and our design. When each one of us was born, he was not born randomly, he was not born by accident, he was born with a predominant role and function on this earth, however small it may seem, however small my contribution may be, it is important for everything that God said to be fulfilled. that I would have to comply. None of us is less important because when we do what God said we would do and we do his will, then we are in obedience and we are doing what he determined we would do. But if we don't do it, there is no one else who can do what you were particularly entrusted to do.
So this morning I want you to know that you are an important and determining element in everything that happens on planet earth. You know, my beloved, that when catastrophes occur, things worldwide, sometimes even crime, massacres, last night my husband watched the news, and he says, "another massacre in San Pedro Sur, they kill ten people at once in such and such a place.
And one automatically begins to think, is it the fault of the police? Is it that the authorities are corrupt? And we begin to look for someone to blame for things when we are really the church. Because we were given the authority to establish the light and the darkness to recede.
You know, it bothers me a bit when we see, and I'm not talking about here, perhaps from Latin America, but we see churches that are growing numerically, churches with many thousands, but just as the church grows, it seems that criminality and evil are growing. So we ask ourselves, what are we doing as a church? Are we just growing numerically or are we doing the function we are determined to do so that evil does not fill the earth but the light of the Lord is established?
I want to refer a little to the prophecy of the prophet Joel. Many times we mention the consequence of everything that the prophet Joel spoke and we speak, right? From verse 29 and sometimes half of verse 28, because it is beautiful to see that he will pour out his spirit on all flesh and the consequences that he says there will be. But it is interesting to read the entire context of chapter 2 of the prophet Joel because we see that before the outpouring of the Holy Spirit comes a whole process of restoration. And in chapter 2 of Joel we see that it says that:
"... the Lord will restore everything that the caterpillar, the hopper and the wriggling ate..."
The caterpillar, the hopper and the revolt are predatory insects but each of them affects a part of the plant, some affect the root, the other affects the stem, the other affects the branches, the leaves, that is, it is a predatory army that destroys everything. But what good news to know that it will be restored and restored.
And when we talk about restoring, not only returning what was lost, but returning multiplied. And then when this is restored, he says, we're going to read Joel 2:28, because it's interesting that it says:
"... and it will happen after this, that is, what follows will not happen until after this, which is the restoration..."
And if we look at the previous verses, which is what is included in this, it is telling us that:
“…the threshing floors will be filled with wheat, the presses will be filled with must and they will be filled with oil…”
A threshing floor, a silo, or a barn, I don't know what you call it, any of them, is a large, gigantic, immense container for accumulating wheat. Now, who according to Scripture is the best of the wheat? Who is the seed of wheat that fell to the ground and died, but the Lord Jesus Christ.
If Scripture tells us that the threshing floors will be filled with wheat as part of the restoration or restitution of what the caterpillar, the hopper and the flurry ate, we are understanding that we are the threshing floors or the silos or the containers. How many identify with this? That we will be filled with the revealed word of the Lord, because wheat has to do with a revealed word that produces life, that produces vigor, that produces health.
And then, as part of the restitution, we, like silos, like barns, like you were, will be filled with a living word, a word that is solid, that sustains us. It is a revealed word. You know that the prophet Amos says that in the last days people will wander from sea to sea looking for the word of Jehovah but will not find it. But we, the eras of God, will have the revealed word within us because we are living in critical, determining times where many pulpits perhaps what is heard is the word of man and people will go thirsty looking for the word of God, a word that will respond, to give you direction, to give you a foundation, and to establish you, an unadulterated word. That is wheat.
And then, as part of the restitution, we will be filled with that revealed word of the Lord. And it says that the presses will be filled with wine, they will be filled with must, they will be filled with oil. And wine has a lot to do with joy. It has a lot to do with the love of God, the Holy Spirit and the oil, since we know that it is the anointing of the Holy Spirit. We are talking about spiritual elements necessary to face the last time. But I understand that this prophecy that the threshing floors will be filled with wheat and the presses with wine, must, and oil, is for us as a church. Because it says that after this, he will pour out his spirit on all flesh and I am understanding that he is referring to all flesh that has not yet known the Lord. But first a restoration has to come in us, the children of God in the house of the Lord, who are the threshing floors, and we are the winepresses of God.
In other words, many times we are seeing what has to be restored outside, but I am convinced that first the restoration has to come in here, to us, so that we can then go in that restoration in the power and authority that the Lord He has given us and has delegated us, to order that all things fall into the perfect order.
Isaiah 40 tells us that there is a voice crying out in the desert, it says:
“… What is he saying out loud? Let every mountain and hill go down, every valley go up, what is crooked is straightened and what is rough is smoothed…”
That speaks to us of restoration. And it speaks of a voice crying out in the desert that typifies John the Baptist, but John the Baptist is the sign of the prophetic ministry. In other words, a large part of the restoration has to do with the Lord's church that prepares the way for the second coming of Christ, beginning to declare the restoration of all things so that what is crooked can be made straight, so that what is that is raised can be lowered, that what is sunk can be leveled, that everything that is rough can be smoothed.
Now, he's not just talking about physical mountains or physical valleys. Many of us are full of mountains, and the mountains have to see haughtiness, with pride. A while ago the pastor spoke about the humility that sometimes we are presumptuous, even as ministers of the Lord, we can sometimes believe that it is us and not the Lord in us and sometimes God has to put us through processes so that we recognize that it is him and only him.
But this is a time when God is searching with a magnifying glass for ministers who serve him with a simple heart, not for dishonest gain, not for publicity, not for other reasons than to serve him out of love for him. And then that love for him is making us like children, making us small, being able to humble ourselves and depend on him.
He knows what humility is to depend on God in everything. The arrogant and haughty do not depend on God because they believe in their experience, believe in their knowledge, it depends on what they studied, it depends on what they have already lived, but the one who is humble, the one who is humble depends on God in everything. And each time is a new experience. He is not going to say, I already know how to do it, but each time he depends on the direction of the Holy Spirit, on the capacity of God in his life.
Because sometimes we can become skilled in what we know how to do, just like a baker, I think he already knows by heart how many cups of flour and how many cups of salt to make bread, he already does it mechanically. But we who serve God cannot do anything mechanically, based on our skill. The one who plays the instrument, yes, the one who plays it in a bar can do it, because of the practice he has, but the one who plays to worship God cannot depend on his ability, he has to depend on the anointing. He who sings for God does not, oh, I already know, every time he has to depend on the Holy Spirit. And if we learn to depend on the Holy Spirit for everything and everything we do, then we can remain humble and simple, recognizing that it is he in us and not us.
And this, lowering us has to do with restoration because we know that the first sin recorded in history was that of haughtiness when iniquity was found in the heart of Luzbel, who felt haughty because she knew how to adore, because she knew how to play the instruments , because he knew how to do things, and then evil, iniquity was found in him.
And then we see the same sin in Adam and in Eve, obviously, in Adam in the human race who rose up against God in rebellion, not obeying, not complying but wanting to be equal to God.
That is why the Father had to look for someone who would humble himself to the utmost so that he would be a model of humility for us. For this reason, he stripped himself of his deity, stripped himself of the mantle of authority, and lowered himself to become a man just like us, and he did not underestimate becoming even more vile, and descending to an afterlife, but to conquer a name that above all else. name, so that we could use that authoritative name. And Jesus Christ has been the meekest man on the face of the earth and it is the only one that I see in the Scripture that Jesus says that we learn something from him, he says:
“…learn from me that I am meek and humble of heart…”
In other words, the restoration has to do with us returning to simplicity, I want to get to that point. Restoration has to do with returning to simplicity, that I have neither a higher nor a lower concept of myself than the one I should have. The hollows that have to be lifted have to do with the problem of self-esteem, they have to do with false modesty, they have to do with believing that I cannot, but Christ we understand that we are not, but he in us is. We were nothing but by the blood of Christ we are worthy. He made us worthy, he is the great, he is the king, he is the almighty, he is the one who can do it, and all this has to do with restoration.
And once the church enters into that restoration process or continues in the restoration process, we are all as a church, because it is not that God comes and grabs a congregation, it is that each one of us is a church. It is that the work is individual and personal, because suddenly some of us have higher mountains but others have deeper hollows. So God does not work in a symmetrical way, God works with each one in particular, and God knows how far he can push and in what area he can push us, and things that we do not understand that happen to us are, not for us to ask him, Lord, Because, why? But so that we understand why.
Because, as the pastor said a while ago, his thoughts are good and not bad for us. You know, but God always sees the finished product. In other words, while God is pressing, he is not a sadist to enjoy that you cry and that you suffer. It is not God's desire, what God wants is to finish the product. You know, it's like a piece of coal or a diamond in the rough. The rough diamond has to go through many pressures, it has to go through many processes, it has to go through many cuts. The more cuts you make, the more expensive or carats the diamond has, a higher caratage and a better shine.
Now, God is not pleased that you cry, God's desire is that while you are in the process, your misfortune is all because he does not want to see you cry, what he wants to see is the polished diamond, the finished fruit. Because God is more interested in your life than what you can do. God is interested in what you are and not what you do. There are people who can do many things and in a very effective way, but God is interested in the heart with which you do each thing.
And that has to do with restoration. A heart according to the heart of God, a people with the same nature as the Father, a church restored according to his image, the image of the beloved, a people that, like Jesus in the midst of pain and brokenness, said, Lord, forgive them they don't know what they are doing. A people, that in the midst of need and the mill says, not my will, but yours.
And sometimes the processes are painful to the meat, but the product is worth it. There are things we don't understand. And we don't have to ask. God will know what the elements are to achieve each thing. He has to hit some with a hammer, others with a hammer, others with a chisel, others perhaps a little brush is enough. But he wants what is good for us, what is good and not bad.
He works with the fat of our soul until we can then be that instrument that God wants to use in his hands. I was commenting to someone the other day, I tell him, for those who have never had financial need it is easy to say, you have to have faith, but the truth is that faith is activated in need. When you have nothing and you have to believe for something, then you will be strong in faith, right? It's easy to say, the Lord is a healer, but until you've been confronted with an incurable disease, something difficult you don't really grow in faith.
In other words, for there to be a victory there must be a battle, that's how it is, it's a premise. The Lord Jesus had to bear all the disease and all the opprobrium and all the iniquity he took on himself like the song that I like so much, that the brothers sing, about how even the Father turned his gaze because everything was on him, to then to be able to resurrect in glory, to be able to give us health.
You know that it has been scientifically determined that there are 39 types of diseases and that was the number of lashes that the Lord Jesus received, 40 minus 1, 1 for each type so that we would receive health. Everything is so ordered in God's landscape. We are in the time of the restoration of all things. But we as a church need to have a different perspective, projection and reaction than we have had up to now. We need to learn a dependence on the Lord, a dependence on the Holy Spirit, a dependence on the word that has to make a deposit in us.
And the word that makes a deposit in us will be a cutting weapon, sharper than a two-edged sword, but that is the weapon of the spirit, it means that it is the Holy Spirit who is going to use that deposit and that sword at the moment prompt. That is why the Lord Jesus Christ, when he was tempted in the desert, defeated Satan with the word, but it was a rhetorical word, because we see in Matthew 4 that the devil knew the word well, he recited it by heart. It is written so so... but the Lord Jesus was the living word. In other words, God does not want intellectuals of the Gospel, nor theologians, he wants lives that live his word so that the word may be incarnated and be life in us.
You know, the revelation is for the children, the mysteries are from God. But he likes to reveal his mysteries to us, but the revelation is not for us to preach and that I have the last revelation, and that I am the last of the revelation, but that the revelation is a window of opportunity to live the word. Every time a revelation comes to you from God, about his word, you get the strength and the ability to live that dimension and that level, and you will not be able to go up to another level until you have lived the level of the revelation in which you lived. are.
That is why when the revelation came to Peter and he knew that he was Christ, the son of the living God, the time had to come to live the revelation because otherwise he would have no authority. All revelation is for you to live it and then have authority over it.
But when one begins to imitate others and to copy the revelation that another has, that is like a tinkling cymbal and resounding metal, it has no authority because if God did not give it to you, it has no authority. It has to be a particular and personal revelation.
And there are things that are God's personal dealings with the individual. But God wants a genuine church that learns to depend on the Holy Spirit and learns to depend on the voice of God, a church that can go through deserts and take the promised land without a murmur. Because that is why it took Israel 40 years to get to the other side, they could have done it in two and a half months, but the murmuring of their hearts, questioning God, questioning their leader did not allow them to get there sooner. Because deserts are for processing your fat.
If the desert is too long for you, start questioning your heart. Because God does not take us to the desert to leave us there for the rest of our lives, God takes us to process us. The people of Israel when they left Israel had a slave mentality, they had been slaves all the time, they were used to responding to the whip, to the lash, to forced labor. So, with that mentality they could not enter to own a land, they had to change the mentality of slavery, for a mentality of dominion. But for that, God had to remove the fat and gossip. And that was the process that took 40 years.
I hope it takes us less. Because otherwise we might not get there, right? But when we respond to collaborate with God and we do not complain or murmur, but praise and thank God for everything, the time will be shortened in which you can take authority and possess the promised land. God is interested in taking the church to a new level, to a new dimension.
I have been listening to God tell me for some time, I want to do extraordinary and supernatural things in your midst. My God is supernatural, therefore he hopes that I live in the environment of the supernatural, because that is normal for God. But we continue in a natural and carnal dimension seeing how he is supernatural, but I am his son, I am his daughter, I have his same nature, I have his genes, and that is how God wants to move.
But I understand that if God has not been able to do it to the fullness that he wants to do, it is not because it is a failure on God's part, it is because there is something in me that hinders God in his process. So I understand that I must voluntarily enter that restoration process. I am not going to wait for him to restore the police, to restore the government, first I am going to arrange for him to restore me and that just as in the beginning when the earth was disordered and empty, but the Holy Spirit of God moved on the face of the waters, the Holy Spirit is also on my heart and on your heart waiting for the voice of God that says, let there be light and the darkness goes away, and the light begins to shine.
There are areas of our life that perhaps still have darkness and do not allow light to flow as it should. We have a powerful God, but I want you to look at the book of Acts with me, I am going to read just three verses, from chapter 3 and it has to do with Joel's restoration, everything is connected. Acts 3:18 says:
"... But God has thus fulfilled what he announced beforehand through the mouth of all the prophets that his Christ should suffer, therefore repent and convert so that your sins may be erased so that a time of refreshment may come from the presence of the Lord and he will send Jesus Christ appointed beforehand for you whom heaven must hold until the day of restoration of all things, about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets from ancient times..."
The Apostle Peter is speaking here of the Lord Jesus Christ and all the supernatural manifestations that they had. And he is saying to others, in a speech, so repent and be converted. That gets me thinking, because all of a sudden, we place emphasis on repenting of the old man, but little emphasis on converting to the nature of Christ. But this is like a premise, he says, repent and convert so that your sins are erased and times of refreshment come from the presence of the Lord.
But then he talks about how this has to be taking place until the restoration of all things and then the Lord Jesus Christ who is being held is sent back while the Holy Spirit is here on earth restoring all things. If we collaborate for that restoration, the Lord Jesus Christ will come to reign very soon again. I believe in the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. How many do you think?
But here it tells me that until the restoration of all things the Lord Jesus Christ will come. I want to see the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. How many want to see it? In other words, if we collaborate in that process that is directly related to repenting and converting accordingly.
Do you know what conversion is? It's a complete change of direction. When you go in one direction and you give it an instruction and they say, left or right conversion, you change direction. In other words, I was going in the direction of satisfying my natural desires, I wanted to satisfy what my heart liked, but I had an encounter with Jesus and he told me, not only repent of what happened there, but convert and now change your purpose, now fit into your destiny, now look for what pleases me so that it is no longer your desire, but God's desire.
How many of us are willing to tell him, not my will, but yours be done? That you can do a restorative work within me even if it hurts. That you put your hand in and take out what has to be taken out even if it hurts. But I want to please you, I want to come in your nature, I want to depend on you in everything. I want to be the pure, white church, without stain, without wrinkle or anything like that. The wrinkle of the church has to do with tradition, spotless and without wrinkle.
The Lord wants us to be able to get rid of traditions, that we can get rid of religiosity and freely enjoy everything he has done for us. How many are willing or willing to say to the Lord, restore what has to be restored, return it to the original model. I want your voice to be heard, and I want your light to be made within me. I am willing, willing today to renounce all the darkness to which I have clung. Because many times there are areas in our life that we know do not please the Lord but since they please our soul we do not want to let them go. And they can be small hours, they can be seemingly insignificant little things, but you know that in disobedience there is nothing big or small, simply not doing what pleases God is disobedience. Because to the one who knows what is good and does not do it, it is a sin.
And you know, my beloved, from the moment you had access to the word of the Lord you are responsible for everything, from beginning to end. And then, I think it's a good day, tomorrow begins a new month, and it's the last month of the year. Many of us wait for December 31 to make resolutions for a new year, but today is a good time. I believe that God is wanting to take us to a new level of preparation, anointing, authority, I have felt very strongly that God wants to activate prophetic intercession in this house. God wants to make this house a house of prophetic intercession in favor of the city.
I feel that there are people with specific revelation gifts that the Lord is going to activate and show them things about the city, even prophetic acts that need to be done in the city. God wants to use you as instruments for this city and for this nation. I would like that if you agree to put yourself in God's hands for a process that is going to start today, that you stand up, if you are willing. The only thing I can tell you is that the best of God is yet to come, that we have not seen everything, that God has wonderful things for us, that we have not understood them, but that they are in his hand and that this is a beautiful day, It is a special day, it is a day in which you can be confronted with yourself, with yourself, and the Holy Spirit is here to correct you, the Holy Spirit is here to speak to you, to teach you, to encourage you, to exhort you, and we will voluntarily to come before the Lord.
If while we pray the Holy Spirit shows you areas of yourself that are hindering the flow, I am going to ask you to come forward very honestly. It may be negligence, that you know that God calls you to pray but you leave it for later. It may be little appetite for the word of the Lord; it may be difficulty to forgive the one who offended you. But that you can be very honest, very honest this morning, this afternoon, this noon, and that you believe that God is going to do a mighty work in you.
Rigo, can you come, my love? Thank you Father, thank you Father, for the transformation, for the work that you are doing and want to do in our lives. Thank you for your beloved children, for your church. Thank you for the sincerity, for the honesty of your hearts, Lord. Thank you for the wonderful, powerful work. We deliver to you, Lord, we freely deliver to you everything that hinders you and we beg you, Lord, to put your hand in and rip off what has to be ripped off. We know that you put the balm.
Oh, God, but today we renounce everything that prevents the flow, we renounce everything that prevents the flow because what we want is to please you, Lord. Talk to the Lord, talk to the Lord. Talk to the Lord. Oh, holy spirit of God, bring a deep balm to the heart, Lord, bring a deep balm that only you can put, that only you, Lord, can minister, Father, because you want to use it with great authority to comfort others.
Father, thank you for what you are doing and what you will do. Holy Spirit, thank you for your profound work, for your powerful work, thank you very much, Spirit of God. Thank you because even though the years have passed there is still a lot of work for them, there is a lot of work, a lot of work, Lord, thank you, for the years that they have served you, that they have dedicated to you, Lord, but thank you for the new dimension, for the new stage and for the new vision. Thank you for the freshness that you will bring, thank you for the refreshment that you will bring.
Thank you for the renewal, for the renewal, for the fresh oil, for the fresh oil, thank you very much. Thank you for your servants. Thank you Father, thank you mighty God. Put your hand in, Lord, put your hand in, pluck, put your hand in, Lord, purify. Put your hand in and clean, put your hand in and clean, Lord, Spirit of God, thank you. Thank you for a people that loves you and responds to your word. Father, thank you for this man. I bless you for him. Thank you for your precious, powerful work, Holy Spirit. Thank you saint, thank you for what you are doing, Lord.
Thank you for wonderful work, we declare the restoration of all things. We declare restoration in lives, we now declare restitution. I believe, Lord, I declare, that what the caterpillar, the jumper, the riot took, will be restored, will be restored. We declare a time of restitution, a new time, a fresh time, a time of refreshment, a time in which we will hear the voice of God, a time in which you will hear the voice of God as your Father in the name of Jesus I declare restoration, restitution .
I want this day, this afternoon, to believe that your God is the restorer of all things. Stand before the Lord and tell him, I want to be that threshing floor full of wheat, I want to be that winepress full of must, I want to embrace your voice or your love, your mercy, I want to know you intimately, I want to know more about your nature, I want to to be filled with you, I want to be fused with you, that nothing and no one can separate me from you. I, Lord, am willing to depend on you in everything.
Thank you, Holy Spirit, thank you for your wonderful work. Start talking to the Lord. Coming forward is the first action, but telling him is important. He is the God of all restoration, he is the one who restores, he is the one who makes all things new. Put yourself in his hands because he is going to do something powerful.
And as we continue to pray, those who feel the call to prophetic intercession, to spiritual warfare can raise their hand. I want to make a statement about you. In the mighty name of Jesus I declare an activation now, of the gifts of revelation. I now declare spiritual sensitivity to perceive things in the realm of the spirit, to be able to pray, to be able to intercede, to be able to break, to be able to do prophetic acts.
Lord, I declare that my loved ones are strengthened, strengthened, this morning, Lord, in the inner man, in the gifts of the Holy Spirit to carry out what you have entrusted to them. Lord, raise up a warrior tribe in this place, raise up a team of warriors, Lord, let them cry out for this city until they see full restoration in Jesus name. I declare that the prophetic anointing is activated in this house, it is activated in this house, that the character of Christ, Lord, is seen.
Oh, Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, oh, holy, holy, holy, thank you, Lord, for the mercy, for the compassion, for the spirit in which, Lord, they will pray, they will intercede. Thank you for the restoration of the house, for the restoration of the church, thank you, Lord, for the work of your hands. Thank you very much, sir. Thank you, spirit of God. Thank you Holy Spirit of God. Thank you, Holy Spirit.
